Netherlands, Ameland island. Collection of wooden shoes at the 'Landbouw- en jutters museum Swartwoude' (Agriculture- and Beachcomb Museum). beachcombing done by a forager (strandjutter) who is always looking for flotsam at the island. Tonnes of flotsam is washed ashore everyday. Beachcombing is collecting (re-) usable jetsam on the beach.
